Rachael Lewington began her career with Manpower in the UK in 1986, where she excelled in leading innovative projects. Among her notable achievements was pioneering the ISO 9000 accreditation in the staffing industry, as she headed the task force responsible for the comprehensive auditing process that made the company the first staffing agency to earn this certification. Rachael also played a key role in designing and developing new Direct Hire Services, being the first to implement a dedicated direct-hire recruiter and a business model for expanding direct hire operations across the UK. In 1993, Rachael was invited to relocate to the USA, allowing her to share her expertise and successes from her projects in the UK with Manpower's American facilities.
In 1996, Rachael was approached by Interim Services (which later became Spherion Services and is now Randstad USA) to help develop a national proposal and join their National Accounts team as a proposal and sales manager. She later transitioned to an Account Manager role, where she ensured that nationwide service standards were met.
In 2000, Rachael accepted a position as District Manager for Adecco in Palm Beach County, FL, becoming heavily involved in the manufacturing recruitment sector in South Florida. The following year, she founded Premier Placements to launch her own recruiting service and took on the role of Membership Director for the South Florida Manufacturers Association (SFMA), providing essential HR support and recruiting services to its members. Rachael also served as the SFMA Director for Workforce Development, advising members on skill development needs and training options eligible for government grants, collaborating with local agencies like Workforce One.
By 2006, Rachael was fully committed to Premier Placements, focusing on delivering high-quality recruiting services and HR support to her clients. In 2008, she returned to Adecco as Regional Vice President for South Florida, managing operations that generated over $40 million in revenue, overseeing more than 35 reports, 4 onsite accounts, and 8 offices offering both temporary staffing solutions and direct hire services. In 2011, Rachael chose to dedicate herself to Premier Placements full-time while continuing her role as Membership Director for the SFMA and serving on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Machine Apprenticeship Program, also acting as a judge for selecting recipients of the Annual Manufacturer of the Year Recognition Program.
Since 2011, Rachael has been dedicated to serving the manufacturing and distribution industry nationwide, consistently expanding her operations as recruiters with industry expertise join her team across different regions of the U.S. to meet client needs effectively.
