Rachael Lewington started her career with Manpower in the UK in 1986. During her time with Manpower Rachael was a leader in new projects some of which included:

• Pioneering the ISO 9000 accreditation for the first time in the industry, Rachael became the head of the task force to spearhead the company wide auditing process to be the first Staffing agency to gain ISO 9000 certification. 
• Helped design and develop new Direct Hire Services, Rachael helped design the program and was the first office to hire a dedicated direct-hire recruiter and develop a business model for growing direct hire business that was implemented across the UK. 
• In 1993 Rachael was asked to relocate with Manpower to the USA facility of her choosing to be instrumental in sharing her knowledge and success with Manpower projects in the UK.

• In 1996 Rachael was approached by Interim Services (Became Spherion Services and is now Randstad USA) to join their company and develop a national proposal and join their National Accounts team as proposal and sales manager then became Account Manager ensuring nationwide service standards. 

• In 2000 Rachael was asked to join Adecco as a District Manager for Palm Beach County, FL. During this time Rachael became very involved with the manufacturing industry in South Florida. 
• In 2001 Rachael fournded Premier Placements to start her own Recruiting service and also joined the South Florida Manufacturers Association (SFMA)  as their Membership Director. Rachael provided recruiting services to the SFMA members. Rachael then also became the SFMA Director for Workforce Development providing guidance to SFMA members on how to determine skill development needs and training options that could be subsidized by government grants, working with local workforce agencies such as Workforce One. 

• In 2006 Rachael became 100% dedicated to Premier Placements and providing her clients with Recruiting Services and HR related support. 

• In 2008 Rachael was asked by Adecoo to return as Regional Vice President for South Florida from West Palm Beach to the Keys. Rachael managed an operation of $40+Million in revenue and over 35 reports, 4 onsite accounts and 8 offices providing both temporary and direct hire services. 
• 2011 Rachael decided to continue with Premier Placements full time and continue to serve the SFMA as Membership Director, was on the BOD for the South Florida Machine Apprenticeship Program, acting Judge for selecting the Annual Manufacturer of the Year Recognition Program. 

• Since 2011 Rachael has since been serving the Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Nationwide, consistently growing her operation with recruiters joining her team with industry expertise and located in different parts of the U.S. to best serve our clients needs.
